This powerful exercise intensely stimulates the vertebral arteries, the blood vessels in the neck that are primarily responsible for oxygenating the brain. There is no specific time to practice this yoga. Taking time to refocus, to understand what is going on inside can be done at any time of the day, the main thing is our intention to improve.

That being said, it is best to practice yoga when your physical body is ready to get into action (but not if you are too tired, or digesting for example).

No, Angelica Yoga is accessible to everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

If some exercises seem inaccessible or too difficult, you can practice them to the best of your ability, or visualize yourself doing the exercise. Focus and intention are just as important as the gesture.

Angelica Yoga does not require any particular physical condition, but it is advisable, ideally, like any physical activity, to be in good health.

When our physical body presents a difficulty, a handicap, it is important to take it into account, to respect it in your practice.

Know that you can adapt the posture, the repetition of the movement to your physical conditions, or even just visualize the movement, so as not to force, resist etc.

It is very important that you respect your body and that these exercises are done safely.

If you suffer from joint or body problems, we recommend that you seek the advice of your doctor or physical therapist. Nevertheless, practiced with patience and without forcing, Angelica Yoga can help relieve emotional or muscular tensions.

The tools of Angelica Yoga are: meditation, postures, as well as the practice of Angelic mantras that create a focus for self-improvement and the development of our potential.

Several possibilities are offered to you, all depending on your expectations. If you wish to work on a particular difficulty, a tension, you can choose yoga according to the posture.

You can also choose the Angel that corresponds to the theme and the associated yoga. We invite you to practice the same yoga for five days.

This yoga can be practiced by children but in order to adapt the yoga to the child, to his concentration, his patience, etc... it is preferable that he be accompanied by an adult.

We also offer a magnificent work dedicated for children.

You can choose your yoga exercise in different ways. Overall, we advise you to go by theme, seeing which title or description would suit you best at the moment.
