The exorcism... Is it real? What does it mean? Is it a good thing? Or is it negative? Are we sure that the evil will not come back later? Or in another form? Is it possible to free oneself for good? How can we face the darkness in ourselves or in the world around us, without falling in the dark ourselves?

What does the symbol of exorcism represent?

Let's start with the definition of exorcism: "Religious or magical practice, involving certain formulas and ritual gestures, intended to drive the demon out of a place it occupies and, in particular, from the body of a person possessed; formula, prayer by which one exorcises." In terms of etymology, this term comes from the Latin exorcismus "adjuration; action of driving out demons "*.

The symbol of the demon is therefore closely linked to this term, to this practice, and a demon belongs to the animal kingdom, symbolizing an extreme concentration of selfish, cunning needs. The action of exorcising is therefore on a symbolic level that of freeing ourselves from instinctual forces that push us in the physical or metaphysical world to satisfy our own needs, in survival mode, in relation to how our soul has been coded through its past experiences and lives.

Is it possible to encounter the symbol of exorcism in a dream?

Absolutely, and it is actually quite common when a person works on their memories in order to become a better person. The reason for this is that their journey is one of transforming negative memories from the past. Depending on the strength of these memories and the intention of the person, the simple act of going to meet these memories in a dream can sometimes take the form of an exorcism.

But is the successful practice of an exorcism in a dream synonymous with transformation or is the conclusion similar to killing, which symbolizes the repression of the memories encountered? In reality, everything will depend on the energy with which the exorcism was conducted in the dream.

For example, if the symbol, or the person, who performs the exorcism in the dream is immersed in negative emotions of anger, fear, then the exorcism itself will be tinged with this negativity. Therefore, the result is that of repression, even if the form of evil that was driven out disappears... And the evil is only pushed back and remains present in one form or another in the dreamer's unconscious... However, if the dreamer notices, during the exorcism, that his or her energy was calm and that the form of evil disappears in a ray of light, or even from the place or person possessed, then we can conclude that a certain percentage of the memories is transformed.

The stages of transformation

The dream is multidimensional and it is therefore essential to be able to take all the parameters into consideration and to discern the trend of the dream, in order to bring back to consciousness the right information. This is essential to reach new stages of evolution and understanding of our inner code that constantly influences our actions, emotions, thoughts and intentions.

Another indicator of transformation will be if the dreamer feels lighter, in a better mood, or even if he/she observes changes in his/her relationship with others and on a physical level. For example, the dreamer's habit of eating too much candy may be lessened or even disappear (it's perfectly fine to eat candy from time to time; it's just that too much of it becomes negative). This represents signs of transformation of our negative memories that no longer influence our manifestation on the concrete plane. On the other hand, if the dreamer feels weighed down, has negative habits for himself or with others, this exorcism dream will have the role of indicating that a transformation of memories must be made. This indicates the activation of a program that can sometimes affect his or her life in concrete terms.

In any case, the experience of an exorcism in a dream is a symbol of an alchemical power that the person possesses. Whether it has achieved the goal of transformation or has brought about an awareness, it is a potential that the person can continue to strengthen by continuing to manifest in a qualitative way every day.

Don't be afraid to face our demons

We should not be afraid of our intense nightmares sometimes or even of facing our inner demons. A demon in a dream symbolizes a concentration of needs, selfishness or anger that can sometimes inhabit us as human beings.

The important thing is to say "stop" to those negative forces within ourselves that sometimes want to sabotage everything beautiful we have built.

The energy of the "demon" can sometimes manifest itself in a person's verbal violence, in an intense rage of anger, or in a devious manipulation to obtain something personal at the expense of others, etc.

But we should not be afraid of it... This is where the power of a positive mantra can help us to "exorcise" this negative in ourselves or in the other to transcend it completely and not let the negative dominate anymore.

Following an intense dream of exorcism, we advise you to meditate on this dream, this experience and these memories that you carry in terms of %, to transform them fully.

It is necessary to go through this path, where life sometimes tests us... Where it puts us in front of our demons to transform them and so that we voluntarily choose the light.

Remember that the demon in you, the negative that lives inside you, destroys everything it touches and tarnishes all our possibilities over time... While the Angel in you will guide you to your best self... And help you build an extraordinary life...

How do we know it's really over? Does it mean having forgotten about the other person? Or not finding anything positive about them anymore? Or even feeling repulsed? What does it mean if you attract the same type of person over and over again? What does it mean if we ourselves behave in the same way again and again? If we repeat the same cycles, the same patterns...? Are we really over that old relationship? Or does it still haunt us? Can we really be free one day?

"My past is settled."

Sometimes you can read on the profiles of dating sites, "My past is settled...".

Hmm... have we really settled our past? Of course we can have a successful divorce or separation without intense conflicts or arguments... But have the reasons that led us to this breakup been well understood?

When we ask ourselves this question, we are really becoming aware of the deep mechanism that led us to this "failure" in our relationships. And one day the word "failure" will no longer exist in our vocabulary, because all these experimentations are there to help us discover these unconscious mechanisms. Whether it is in our relationships, in our family, at work, etc., all these behaviors come from past experiences that have created memories (data, so to speak) in our personal computer... The human being is like a living computer that experiences the positive and the negative throughout his life...

When the past resurfaces...

One day, I was talking to someone I hadn't seen in a long time. I knew that she had gone through a difficult divorce and she was sharing with me the stages of her life in love. So I said to her:

"Without deep work on your memories, you can find yourself in a beautiful, very harmonious relationship but one word, one gesture can bring up all the past memories that triggered the separation."

And that's exactly what happened... One day, her new partner made a remark in the same energy as her ex-husband, and that block of memories came to the surface instantly... And she ended the relationship. Yet, he was possibly a good person for her. A memory is very powerful...

To face the past and ensure that these love patterns do not return, one must go through several stages of cleansing. Of course, the concrete is important: make sure that you have a new home where you feel good, that the children, if you have any, are happy in their new environment, etc. All these steps are essential.

But the most important step is the cleansing of the memories, to understand in depth why we arrived there. Because all love stories begin with an attraction, love, etc. ....

So what is it that makes us unable to maintain this frequency? Once again, it is our past experimentations of this life, but also of other lives (if we believe in reincarnation) that come to be integrated in our beautiful, original intention of building the couple, the love. Everyone is looking for Love, it is the most important thing. It seems easy... But to find true and pure Love... It is Great.

"Falling in love"...

Several years ago, I literally "fell" in love with a man.

You know the expression to have someone under your skin... it was really like that, I was totally dependent on him, like a drug...

I experienced the lack when he was not there - it was passionate, beautiful but at the same time so painful. When I think back, I wouldn't wish that on anyone. It's like being a slave to that person on some level. The relationship didn't last long but it was intense on all levels. We had deep affinities about life and values, affinities also on the sexual level - it was really the fire, the passion that bound us.

When it was over, I really cried my heart out... and I also told myself that I would never go through that again.

The dream

I have worked hard, in depth, on these memories of passion, of fire in love, of emotional dependencies to make sure that I would not relive this. I was doing this work on my memories but I was also aware that I still had this hope in me... "what if he came back".

It's a bit like a battered woman who understands that it's not right but at the same time is completely connected to that energy. It took me years of working on my memories to not want to go through that kind of love intensity again... until one day I really felt in my cells a liberation... Finally! this is the dream I received.

I am in the car with Alfredo, we are sitting in the back, I think there are other people with us. He has a dominating look because I repel his advances in the car. I arrive at his house where he lives, I don't know this place and he goes to shower. As he closes the door to our room, I go to another room where there is an attached bathroom. I go to the bathroom and pull out a thread from the anus, but it is long, so long, it takes several minutes and I try to cut it, it is very resistant so I keep pulling it out until the end. The person who lives in this room arrives, I open the door and I tell him that I am here, that I am almost finished. I clean up the floor, because it's spilled everywhere and I get out.

When I woke up from this dream I felt a disconnection with this man, but completely... these memories of dominance over the other in my love relationship, I was in the process of cutting this link metaphysically... A dream of purification but also showing me how much I was linked for a long time to this kind of energy. The thread that is long also represents all my perseverance and my will to go to the end to totally purify these memories. And of course my attachment to him, which was deep...

Renewing yourself

I have done several types of therapy and it was a good foundation one could say. But dealing with your past without taking into account your dreams, memories (etc.) is like cleaning a room or a house, but without opening the cupboards, the drawers or cleaning the basement... On the surface, it looks very clean.

But in the end, the great work has not yet begun.

If you too have had experiences in love that you can't let go of, ask in your dreams why before going to bed...

A dream is a direct message to your unconscious mind, to the very closets and basements that have not been visited in a long time. It is the most beautiful gift you can give yourself and also helps to ensure that you don't go back to the same patterns.

To build a love relationship through your dreams is to build to improve it, so that the Fountain of Love from the beginning does not dry up after a few months but continues to bring and grow its benefits over the years.

Because yes, it is possible to use your dreams to know if a person is the right one for you...

Yes, it is possible in celibacy to learn to love solitude. Take some time to work on yourself and then find "the right relationship"... that will help you in every way.

And yes, it is possible to repair your heart... to love again one day...

A volcano suddenly erupts; a tsunami that sweeps away everything in its path, or a bomb that explodes... What would it mean if we saw these destructive symbols in a dream? It would be a very intense nightmare. But what could this nightmare tell us about our emotional state? Hmm!!! You can probably guess a little bit!!! It would not augur a quiet day of rest...

Intense dreams

What would it mean to dream of a volcanic eruption, an exploding bomb, or a tsunami that sweeps away everything in its path?
Could it be that I am holding back emotions that can no longer be contained?
Could these symbols materialize in real life... And what can be done to prevent this from happening?

The manifestation of emotions

Emotions are powerful in both positive and negative ways. Sometimes it seems as if they could sweep away everything in their path like an impetuous torrent, without being able to stop them. They could make us lose control of ourselves, like a tsunami, with all the consequences that this implies. For example, anger can turn into violence; joy and spontaneity can lead us to be too exuberant at times.

We could therefore be afraid of the extent of our emotions because we know only too well their power and, as a result, we will also be afraid of those of others. We can take as an example the reactions of some people in a tense social context, such as a demonstration which degenerates, where even a person with no history of violence may engage in violent behavior that they have never exhibited before. This is the "I don't know what came over me... I picked up a rock and threw it at a window to break it..." It's a very well-known phenomenon that the influence of a group, a crowd, the collective, can have on an individual and lead them down a path they might not have gone down on their own.

So why is it sometimes difficult to express your emotions?

This is why some people will systematically avoid any type of gathering, places where there will be a lot of people, because they fear the powerful emotional reactions of the crowds and they will avoid confronting them, also because they fear their own reactions. We have already seen too much, for example in soccer stadiums, violence between fans that creates uncontrolled crowd movements causing many victims. Emotion generates an impulse, that is to say the passage to action when the memories emerge, or when the needs become uncontrollable.

When we act irrationally, on a "whim" or a "whim", we connect to all the memories where we lived a situation that we hated, repressed, or where we were afraid, afraid for ourselves or for the other person... In short, a situation where we felt potentially in danger... and the emotions will come to blur our reason, our common sense. We often use expressions like "Let's not get carried away" or "Let's keep a cool head" to symbolize the right attitude to adopt in order not to be trapped by the emotional intensity.

Why shouldn't we repress our emotions?

The fact of repressing one's emotions can work for a while, but the deep nature of emotions is meant to be expressed. So one day or another, the accumulated pressure makes the dam (or other system put in place to retain emotions) break, and then we will experience consequences in our body, our mind, because this will be their only way out ... We could become depressed, have physiological or psychological manifestations, develop diseases, etc. ... Hence the importance of learning to manage our emotions and not to create emotional restraints.

To be able to act accordingly, it is important to discern how we feel. To do this, you must know how to listen to your emotions without repressing them. Thus, we will be able to reconnect deeply with ourselves and find our capacity to interact intelligently, to be in empathy with others, far from the cold indifference that can sometimes develop when emotions are repressed for a long time, where we gradually die out instead of feeling alive; because emotions are simply life, and repressing emotions is denying it.

Recognizing one's emotions means being emotionally intelligent, that is, being able to "express, understand and manage one's own emotions and to perceive and interpret those of others". Emotional intelligence is an essential component of mental health. It plays a very important role in self-awareness and the qualitý of relationships with others.

The power of emotions

We are lucky to be able to feel, express and live our emotions. They allow us to adapt, to preserve ourselves, to make choices. They influence our behavior. If we knew how to naturally welcome our emotions and recognize those of others, we would have far fewer problems in our relationships and in society in general.

Our emotional energies are an unlimited source of power, they are the engine of our evolution. Knowing how to manage them means being able to use their tremendous potential to set ourselves in motion, to motivate, to inspire, to create... in short, to evolve.

-Hi, how are you?
-Yeah, great, except for this weird dream I had last night. It left me with a weird feeling when I got up.
-Okay, what was your dream?
-Oh, it was intense. I dreamed that our house was completely ravaged by a huge flood and our dog drowned.
-Oh yes! Still! But hey... The good news is that it's just a dream! Don't worry about it; your dog is alive and well, and your house is fine! Come on, let's go have a good coffee...

The pre-manufactured answer, a blow to the first domino

How many times have you heard in a conversation, in a movie or even in a hallway conversation that a dream is "just a dream"?

What if this kind of pre-manufactured answer, said in semi-automatic mode to reassure the other person (and quickly change the subject because it becomes uncomfortable) was that ultimately, we struck the first blow and triggered a real domino effect under the surface? The kind that alters life opportunities or even worse, pushes the dust deeper under the carpet?

The keystone: perceiving beyond our senses

If a dream, no matter which one, was in fact the keystone to be identified and thus the cascading collapses could be changed, the wounds healed and the hopes founded, would it still be "just a dream"? Would you be willing to look beyond the symbols and to understand the code that governs this fantastic and sometimes even terrifying universe?

It is hard at first, as a human being, to be interested in an intangible world, which seems 100% virtual and without any visible relation of cause and effect. Then, on the other hand, the technology and science that is being developed is grandiose, flourishing with brilliant and avant-garde ideas, even touching the boundaries of the physical and metaphysical worlds. Pushing the limits to go from an idea, a dream, to a reality.

The possibilities and intelligence are there more than ever, but why then are our dreams perceived as "just a dream"? When an idea, just as intangible as a dream, can give birth to a technological revolution and change the quality of life of humanity.

Answering "it's just a dream" would become, in a way, an attempt to reassure ourselves about something that our senses are not yet able to identify and understand. We can see to what extent our societies tend to value the external world in relation to success, to personal accomplishment and, simultaneously, all our main senses are turned towards this environment to identify it, to understand it and ultimately to survive.

Thus, we see, we taste, we smell, we touch and we hear. It's simple, innate, and it's effective. It works without us even thinking about it. We then naturally maintain ourselves in a mode of action and reaction that supports a certain sense of seeking functionality of things, clarity and advancement.

These perceptions are undoubtedly invaluable. They create the harmony to manifest well. Remove one of them and a handicap appears. Each of these extraordinary sensors makes us into real computers, managing an extraordinary amount of information in just a few seconds.

But, in the long run, this innate nature could also become an operating bias if not taken further. Something as extraordinary as our senses could, by omission and lack of will, become a real limitation for our evolution. If we see the same roads, if we hear the same atmospheres, if we smell and taste the same ingredients and if we touch the same sensation, then, maybe in the end we live in closed circuit… ?

Our Source Code, the logs of consciousness

There is the external world, the one that our senses have always known, and there is the internal world, the one that requires us to do an update of our senses. The latter continuously transmits an influx of information in resonance with what is perceived from the outside. In all situations and discussions, we inevitably judge, evaluate, are happy, content or even angry, impatient or sad. We may envy, begrudge or even reject, simply because of what we feel inside, within us, and by the echo transmitted from our senses.

Finally, we can say that we make decisions about invisible things. Things that cannot be seen, touched, heard or tasted. That's where it gets really interesting, that's where you can say that metaphysics really influences the physics of things.

Thus, we can say of this world - which animates the life in us, programs the first lines of our thoughts, develops our emotions and then triggers our behaviors - that it "codes" who we are, our personality, it's our Source Code. Where we have an advantage is that, unlike in the real world, we don't need to be a senior developer to go and look at the logs (registers displaying information about the good or bad functioning of a code → very useful) of our consciousness.

This code is installed in us, which can create slowdowns as well as accelerations, wow ???? as well as ARGH!!!????, and ultimately it's up to us to choose whether we decide to update it or not. To know if we want to stay on a version of the code that can limit our possibilities, or multiply them by adding knowledge to our perceptions.

The dreamverse, the metaverse that opens the night

Have you ever heard of the metaverse? These 100% fictional and multi-dimensional universes in full expansion, where you can own a piece of land, attend a play or even go shopping, are the perfect metaphor for dreams. They are virtual and yet connected to reality, they are there and yet if you don't care about them they continue to exist.

You can see all kinds of colors (in every sense of the word) and everyone can move around with an avatar that represents them. That means if you decide to be a lion with a DJ helmet and a jet pack on your back, you can do it.

In short, I won't go into details because it is not the purpose of this article, but take a look around, get information and you will see that we are at the borders of the world of dreams, with the pluses and minuses that this implies, of course.

So, when we dream at night, we visit our "dreamverse", that is to say the universe of our dreams, the one which we represents by the symbolism that is there. Indeed, each symbol that we see, no matter how it looks, becomes a sort of holographic projection of who we are and a certain percentage of our personality.

In fact, if we dream about a car whose brakes don't work, a cat that is not happy, our father who hugs us or a colleague who helps us, all these represent strengths and weaknesses that we carry within us.

When we have beautiful dreams, we should see them as an encouragement to everything we do constructively in our lives and to continue to manifest ourselves well with others. We can say that it is a positive resonance towards our senses.

However, because of this aforementioned predisposition to go outward, there is often an unconscious or repressed buildup that leads more to receiving less pleasant dreams or even nightmares. One of the keys I invite you to try is to see them more as a warning signal on your dashboard when you are driving. You only stop if it's the red light! So, most of the time you are able to stay operational while being aware of the parameters that need to be corrected.

Identifying is fundamental and universal

Any dream remains important to identify in order to be able to analyze it and avoid the famous domino effect. We know that the key to any problem resolution, whether in management, aeronautics or web development, is the quality of the identification. The more accurate and precise our identification is, the better we will be able to apply a relevant and adequate solution in reaction, without dramatizing or exaggerating the magnitude of the problem in question.

If you want to begin this identification process yourself, here are some key points to help you. No matter if you are a novice or an expert in dream analysis, these steps are fundamental and it is always a good thing!

First steps of identification

  • Is it a positive or negative dream?
  • Are the symbols in the right place?example: if you dream of a camel in your living room, it is not in the right place; it will create more problems than benefits)
  • What do the people I see in my dreams represent? You must estimate the qualities and weaknesses that you believe these people represent)
  • Did the dream scenario resolve itself in a positive way or not?
  • Is it night or day? (night = unconscious dynamics; day = active dynamics)

If we identify that the dream is negative, it indicates forces (thoughts, emotions, behaviors) that need to be reprogrammed and transformed to avoid an increase in problems in this area. In the same way, in computer science, if a bug appears and is not solved, it tends to amplify itself and affect other areas of use. In other words, the sooner the better!

"Okay, but the antidote is what?"  You will tell me. In fact, the resolution of a situation perceived in the dream will depend on your ability to monitor these forces identified in the dream. To put it simply, if you have identified impatience because of the symbol of your brother-in-law, George, present in the dream, then you need to keep a closer eye on this fragment of your behavior, to prevent it from playing tricks on you in your day-to-day exchanges and projects.

Your log file tells you that you have a line of code like "George" that could cause you to be overly impatient or impulsive right now if a situation X or Y were to resonate with that line. So the more you are able to do global and background self-monitoring, (be careful, don't go extreme with this either! Practice makes things easier with time and much less robotic than when you start to be alert to those forces within you), the easier it becomes to identify the triggering moment of your inner George and to catch up.

But be careful! Your real brother-in-law, George, in real life, has nothing to do with your dream. In fact, he becomes a symbol that your consciousness knows to illustrate certain angles of your personality. So don't rush to the phone to talk to him about the dream where he was impatient, you'll add another problem in the process ???? Finally, George also has extraordinary qualities and surely in another dream you will also discover his magnificent qualities in yourself.

The potential impact: if everyone analyzed their dreams

By communicating with different CEOs, leaders and managers in this world, or just by being an actor observing the exchanges, one can quickly assess that the biggest source of difficulties at the heart of work and getting things done is human behavior.

The machine, the computer, does not complain, does not create gossip or hallway discussions. It does not aspire to the position of the other, nor does it dominate its employees or jealously guard its boss. If we bring more knowledge to solve the difficulties arising from the individual to the heart of a social and collective movement, we can really bring a new step in terms of work and life qualities.

In business, when you talk to Human Resources, you can very quickly see the magnitude of the potential damage caused by poor decisions based on impatience and impulsiveness (and more!). So many dominoes have been toppled by inner forces when you think about it...

Now imagine a work environment where everyone would arrive in the morning having received their own logs of their strengths and weaknesses, aspects potentially harmful to the relationship. Everyone having in mind their own "bug" to watch out for to avoid more problems.

The quality would literally be enhanced because everyone would have an interest in doing things right, while coming back to themselves according to their own resonances. Of course, this does not mean that everything would be perfect and rosy, but a new stage would be established without a doubt. And since all change takes time, if everyone starts with themselves, one dream at a time, we can say that one day, one dream, is no longer "just a dream".

Are you still dreaming about your ex? You would like to understand why it comes back at night, when you have moved on? Your reality is one thing, you are sure of yourself, but when you wake up, you sometimes feel mixed up? What is true? What is real?... Did you know that your dreams show you the keys to your future? The keys to your change... The codes that live inside you and influence your thoughts, your heart, and your choices... Even when you don't know it.

I still dream about my ex

During the day I love one man and at night I love another... Am I normal?

You were in his arms, you even felt his smell... You had forgotten about it... but at night you still remember it... And your dreams are so real that when you wake up you feel guilty... Your husband sleeping beside you... You feel embarrassed by these dreams that come back again and again...

In this article, find out why millions of people dream about their past relationships and what it really means.

Haunted by the past

However, for many it is clear that this relationship is over, but the fact remains that in dreams the past often resurfaces in surprising ways!

We all have a reservoir of memories and this reservoir defines us as a person. This reservoir defines our attractions, our disturbances, and even our way of loving...

Someone who has suffered in the past, suffered from having been betrayed for example, has recorded hundreds or even thousands of negative memories about love which will influence the way he or she will close his or her heart sometimes, for fear of suffering again.

And when our being "forgets" its sufferings, that it represses them for example, it then enters into a reservoir which one calls the unconscious. Where the data of who you are resides, of which you are not aware... And when this reservoir fills up - here in the context of negative memories -  it can lead to depression. Because the "system" has built up too much pressure... Just as a couple that builds up too much frustration, unspoken words or anger, may eventually choose to separate.

We are all living computers that record positive and negative memories, every moment of our lives... And at night, through dreams, our consciousness dives into this unconscious reservoir to better understand ourselves, to avoid even more intense misfortunes sometimes.

If only you knew how many problems we can avoid in our lives through the science of dreaming... Human beings, it's absolute, must sooner or later learn to decode their consciousness and their memories to clean up inside themselves.

If you are haunted by the past, it means that your soul is looking for answers now... That you are ready to go further too... Learn to transform old negative memories into positive ones.

Is it possible to love again?

With this article, I wish to say to all those who are living a heartache and who look to the future and ask themselves: "Is it possible to love again?" Yes! I tell you, it is possible to love again... It is even possible to love better again... Like getting up after falling and moving forward better afterwards... But to achieve this, we sometimes have to clean up our inner computer... Like in our way of conceiving the presence of the other in our life.

And in this journey of repairing the "broken heart", dreams are really the key to open the doors of the memories within...

And with courage, in a dream, you can face the truth, go and see why you hurt, why this relationship failed, and especially what you can improve in yourself so that one day you will find love again under a new day... one day you will find love again under a better day... and also so that love will be synonymous with happy longevity...

Is it possible to still love him?

Yes, it's possible that you still love him, often dreaming that you are in a relationship with your ex... But the more expert we become in analyzing our dreams, the more we understand that it's all a matter of "percentages" and "parts of oneself"... Let's start by explaining the percentage dynamic:

A beautiful dream or nightmare always represents percentages of our thoughts, emotions and or actions. This means that you can dream about a sadness that you carry within you, but it will only represent 3% of your current state... Or you can have the same dream but it will represent 40%... It all depends on your accumulation of memories and your ability to renew yourself.

Someone who is super jealous in love will also dream of jealousy situations sometimes... And if this person is super jealous their dream may represent 79% of their current personality... While someone else might get a similar dream and only have 0.8% of jealousy in terms of accumulation...

All this to explain that yes, if you are constantly dreaming about your ex, it is possible that you still love him or her, or that you still love what he or she represents for you... If he or she was rebellious for example, if that is what your ex represents for you, then you can understand that you are still attracted, not always but at times, to this force of rebellion, of countering others to get what you want, and sometimes of wanting too much to do things your way, etc.

We attract what we are

We attract what we are, so your dreams show you that you are still a bit like your ex somewhere, often in the negative, because sometimes we have not finished learning from a situation, even when we have finished living it... We can still process several parameters in ourselves...

And living with someone, sharing as a couple is a very intimate experience... We often say: "I've got you under my skin" and this kind of expression is very graphic, but at the same time it symbolically means how much we share of ourselves and how much the other person can influence us, enter into us in terms of behavioral, memory and emotional influence.

A part of me

The other is always a part of you in the dream... Why? Because we visit our own consciousness at night, so you see how this symbol lives in you... Ok, stop! What does it all mean?

It means that if you dream about your ex, on a beach with a dog: all the symbols are a part of you: you are your ex, you are the beach, you are the dog and you are you... You visit yourself at night, you visit your own percentages of memories

Donc, il ne faut pas avoir peur de rêver à ses ex ! 🙂 Car ils sont en réalité une symbolique qui représente des facettes du passé qui existe encore en soi sous forme de symbole.

Sometimes you are too nice, sometimes romantic, sometimes too distant or dependent... Like this or that ex... And your dreams show you... Show different sides of you.

It's over in reality, but what if it's not yet over in you?

In short, dreaming about your ex means that certain percentages of what this person means to you are still there... Still sticking to you...

You can change your house, but still feel sad... It's not the concrete change that will change everything in you... So it's the same thing in a couple, you can change your spouse and still feel sad, not finding the real happiness... The one you shouldn't look for through the other one, the one you should find in yourself... Even if one day a happy and fused couple can really self-generate mutual & deep happiness...

When you dream that you are making love to your ex or you see yourself kissing him, what you have to be careful about is not to wake up thinking about him all day long, thinking that he is going to come back in your life or that he still loves you, because sometimes it can be only symbolic!

Even if premonitions exist, there are few contexts where it becomes a premonition, because millions of people dream about their ex and they don't all come back together (laughs)!

So it's important not to project and conceptualize a reunion, or get lost in the meanderings of the past... Because often you can dream about your ex and maybe he or she doesn't dream about you or doesn't share the same affinities, etc.

It is then necessary to be vigilant not to project on the outside, but rather to wonder about what this person represents for us because it is very interesting to understand it becomes a symbol in a dream equation, about oneself and about what we still have to finalize with regard to this old relationship.

Changing relationships like changing shoes

Do you want to know the truth in all of this? The truth is that most people will change relationships too quickly. They finalize a relationship that has created a failure in their life and out of need, out of a search to fill the void, the lack, they will start a new relationship too quickly. Often without having taken the time to take stock, to make peace and to renew themselves as a person.

We cannot change relationships like we change pairs of shoes, because our unconscious is filled with memories with the person, memories that have been shared at an intimate level, at a much deeper level than we can imagine...

It takes time to take stock of your life when you choose to end a relationship and as most people do not take the time to go inward, to take stock of themselves, dreams remind us of what is still living in us in terms of memories... Dreams can bring back to the surface a difficult past, not digested, a fear of being cheated on, etc... Always to help you to improve yourself and eventually to free yourself from what still holds you back...

Why dream about your ex?

So, in the end, why dream about your ex ? To know yourself better... To understand these percentages of memories...

Because if you are still "connected" to him or her that you once loved, still connected even to 20%, in your heart, in your soul... This 20%, it prevents you from loving to 100% the person who is currently present in your life or the one who will come one day...

Hmm... So cleaning up our memories is interesting in the end, to one day find our full potential at 100%... To one day love at 100% ❤︎

Did you know that dreams have a logic that reveals the deepest dimensions of our consciousness and our existence? Indeed, all the elements of our dream, whether it is an object or a person, are in reality symbols, which we have encoded through our own experiences, with their positive and negative dimensions. All these symbols are part of the dreamer and represent him, even when he visits others in dreams. Did you know that the dream is a message from our unconscious mind that shows us why we think, feel and act in a certain way?

The Dream: a sometimes confusing journey

At first glance, a dream may seem abstract, illogical, confusing. So how can a dream change a life? I imagine you've already had the experience of waking up and being confused after an intense dream. Sometimes the atmosphere of our dream can even "stick" to us and confuse us all day; we may even need 3-4 seconds to know where we are so powerful the inner journey was.

The depth of a dream

But what happens when we dream? How can we see things in a dream that we have never experienced in real life or even seen in a movie? How is it possible that a dream can have such a profound effect on our state of mind, even make us sweat, wake us up in fear or danger? Or to amaze us with surprising revelations, even premonitory ones?

Skynet

The more we study dreams, the more we discover to what extent our consciousness and our unconscious are interconnected to our memories, to our life programs, which are not only linked to our experience, but also to others, and to the multiple dimensions of the Universe. The dream is an access to our inner computer, but also to what we could call the Skynet, the universal Internet.

The multidimensions of dreams

The more we evolve with dreams, the more we discover that it can become like a search engine, a possibility to receive answers to our most intimate questions and most useful secrets. It reveals to us who we are and gradually leads us to have access to the mysteries of the Universe and the multi-dimensions that constitute it.

A dream can change a life

A dream can change our life because it basically allows us to identify our inner dysfunctions before they manifest themselves concretely, thus offering us the possibility to transform them and improve ourselves.

For understanding dreams we must know that the meaning of our existence is only to develop qualities, to become a better person, a better soul. Thus, through our multiple experiences and realities (and those of our dreams) we learn to live, to think, to love; we integrate lessons of wisdom that transform our choices, and modify our life directions.

A symbol in a dream

Let's take the example of the symbol of the mother in a dream. First of all, it is important to know that a symbol can be as much positive as negative, depending on how it appears in the dream.

If we see that our mother in our dreams is kind, just, bright, in a positive context, then she represents a part of us that reveals how we take care of ourselves, as well as our emotional dimension and expression for ourselves and for others: our caring, protective and nurturing attitude on the inner level. It is important to know that we all (whether we are male or female) have the symbol of the mother within us. Negatively, the mother will represent difficulties to love oneself, to take care of others and oneself, etc.

Associating symbols

A symbol must always be put into context within the dream and also according to the other symbols that present themselves. What takes the most time when studying the interpretation of dreams and symbols is to make the link between them. Namely, the mother, if she is in a context of origin (the childhood home for example), will indicate our memories and what we have experienced, that which has influenced us and which constitutes the foundation of our emotional state.

If all is well in the dream, then great. But if there are problems, then that old experience is a fundamental emotional code that will influence many aspects of who we are and our lives.

The importance of context

If our mother is in a social context of today in the dream, this will indicate if we take care of ourselves when we are with others, or if we forget ourselves completely and get lost in our social relationships.

Also, to properly interpret a dream, sometimes we add to this general symbolism the qualities or weaknesses of our mother, as we perceive them. For example, she may have been highly motivated, energetic in starting projects, loyal to her values; or she may have been too submissive, or a complicated, critical or controlling person.

The origin of our behaviors

So in a positive or negative (or half and half) dream, our unconscious will talk to us about this aspect of ourselves, our maternal dimension, loving or not, sometimes showing us healthy evolutions or things to change, which affect us, and can plague our current relationships.

The dream will tell us in what context we behave in this way towards ourselves, and towards others in our way of accompanying them, and above all where this behavior comes from originally, what created it.

Transforming memories

By applying the symbolic language to our dreams, we can go back into our unconscious memories to do a cleansing, to reprogram ourselves, and not repeat cyclical patterns in spite of ourselves, such as a repetitive break-up of a couple in a strongly similar context, situations of harassment in our professional environment, a period of depression indicating an excess accumulated for a very long time, etc.

A dream can therefore allow us to to free ourselves from our negative memories, from our karma, by becoming aware of the causes of behaviors that have limited us and/or made us suffer for years.

A single dream, understood in depth, can completely change our way of thinking and being, our destiny, and allow us to move towards what is right for ourselves and for others.

Reprogramming yourself

Dreams are also a very advanced spiritual experience when we know how to interpret them and use them for the good of our evolution. For in a dream, unconscious memories that inhabit us are revealed to us... We are told about our ways of thinking, feeling and acting... Which are benevolent or harmful, which create joy or blockages. And this, in all spheres of our life, and in all planes of our being.

A dream can even explain to us why we are ill, and which memories have created our illness. Thanks to a dream, we can even anticipate the concrete manifestation of an illness, because by transforming the negative dynamics at the level of our deep concepts, we can change the programming of our body.

The key to our future

The dream also has a premonitory dimension, it can help us to orient ourselves in our life to make the right choices for ourselves and for others.

Using the dream to make major decisions in our lives, we can access the consequences of our choices. For example, we can ask ourselves before going to sleep, if it is right for our evolution to associate ourselves with a particular person professionally? We can receive a dream that shows us a deserted company with a feeling of emptiness, of sadness. In this case, the dreamer will know his destiny if he chooses this path... Because the dream gives access to a universal calculation of all the elements, memories, of oneself, of the other, and of our affinities, compatibilities or incompatibilities. We can thus receive all kinds of dreams to guide us, by learning to ask questions.

The answer received can also be profound, explaining that the dreamer must transform such and such a thing before it is possible, without necessarily telling us right away if it will work or not. The objective is always above all to develop qualities.

It is essential to remember this when working with and using dreams to ask questions. If you only use dreams as a crystal ball, in a selfish, overly materialistic way, you will very often be confused, as the first goal and ultimate objective is the development of qualities. With time, the more we work on ourselves, the more we cleanse our memories, the more precise the dreams are, and yes, they can clearly indicate a guidance on the concrete and material level.

The essential

To study one's dreams is also to develop a lot of humility, because they are to be analyzed by coming back to oneself, because a dream always speaks of the dreamer with total transparency.
