Dreams and nightmares are educational and evolutionary. They lead us to go beyond ourselves and become the best version of ourselves, gradually, deeply.
Nightmares represent messages coming from our unconscious and reveal soul states, feelings, negative attitudes that exist in terms of tendency, in ourselves. Indeed, it is important to know that a nightmare only represents a % of oneself, of our personality, and not the totality of who we are.
This allows us to de-dramatize the nightmare without trivializing the importance of the message it conveys. Because it shows us % of attitudes and behaviors to be changed, which could create more or less important problems in our life if we did not change them, but which on the contrary, if we change them, will allow us to attract beautiful things in our life.
Positive dreams represent our strengths, our qualities, what is beautiful, luminous and harmonious in ourselves. Like a compliment, beautiful dreams also give us the strength to continue to move forward and to manifest ourselves in all areas of our lives. They also improve our self-confidence and self-esteem. However, it is good to know that it is quite normal to receive on average more nightmares than good dreams.
Because nightmares represent the areas of our consciousness to be healed, to be transformed, in order to gradually and progressively regain all our positive potential. One day, we can become 100% the most beautiful dreams we have received.
Each week, we offer live dream interpretation workshops, presented by Kaya, to better understand how to interpret and understand our dreams on a daily basis. Sign up now for the next episode or browse through all the broadcast events.
