The skunk (French version)

Dream #1: The skunk

Dream: I dreamed that a skunk entered my house. I was looking for it everywhere, I was afraid it would pee, but a little voice told me it wouldn't. I found it and put it back outside, I was very happy. It was as if she had come to visit the house.

Dream #2: The transformation

Dream: I have to go to Quebec City with my family to visit a deceased person (viewing the body). This is done in a big cathedral on a mountain in town. When we arrive, we have hundreds of steps to climb before entering the cathedral, it's huge. When we enter, it's a bit dark, we have to go up two floors.

Once on the floor, we enter a beautiful large room lit, I would say almost joyful, I felt lifted. I approach the body, it is a woman, an aunt of my mother who had made die her body 30 years ago, she had made freeze her body. So we were doing like a funeral so that she could come back to life that day. As I approached, I saw her body unraveling as if her skin was melting, we could see her becoming younger and younger.

As soon as the transformation was over, she was beautiful, much younger and very much alive. Her face was glowing, she came out of the tomb, jumped on the floor and left the room, going towards the light, smiling happily. At the same time as she was transforming, something was happening to me. Afterwards, everyone left. I left too, but I did not take the same door through which I entered. Then I couldn't find myself, there were many steps. I decided to slide them down.

When I got to the bottom, I saw a man, a car mechanic, who told me that I had to go around the front. I took the next street and walked to the front. There were several teenagers who were happy to see me as if they knew me. That's when I realized that I had experienced the same transformation as the woman. I was a teenager, the gang was going downtown to party. I was being "cruised" by a guy and a girl wanted to make love to me. My family had gone home and the girl wanted me to stay with her because the next day she was leaving for my town. I found it a bit confusing, but my heart was happy, as if I was living a teenage trip. I just accepted what was going on.

Dream #3: I have no reason to fall asleep

Dream: I dream that I am in a place where it is very clear and white, is it outside or inside? I can't tell. I am surrounded by many people I know who died a long time ago, including my mother. I can't see their faces, nor my mother's, but I know that they are them and that they are here again. I'm glad, but the problem is that I'm struggling to keep my eyes open to talk to them...

I fall asleep, I struggle a lot not to lie down and sleep...I tell myself that it is ridiculous, I have no reason to fall asleep like that, especially in this beautiful situation where I can see again the people I loved so much and miss so much! When the dream ends, I am giving in to this irresistible urge to lie down and sleep. It is 4:00 am in reality and I feel terrible... tired, drained but most of all... disappointed that I did not enjoy this beautiful dream.

Dream #4: Mouth Cancer

Dream: I am at my sister-in-law France's house. She shows me images of exceptional quality that are projected on a large white screen, hanging on the wall of the corridor. There are 4 images in squares arranged two by two. One of the images particularly attracts my attention, it looks like a star (several lines leave from the center and form luminous rays of blue-purple color)

I am fascinated by the white projector that gives such beautiful images. I want to try it out. To do so, I have to place it on my shoulder to be able to project. To my surprise, despite its small size I am unable to lift it to my right shoulder because it is very very heavy. I am disappointed. On that note, my brother-in-law (who is France's spouse in reality) passes us in the corridor smiling and leaves the house.

Another scene My sister-in-law smiles at me and I notice that her teeth are black and that the inside of her mouth is covered with lesions. She tells me that she has cancer, I answer her "Like Monique's" (another sister-in-law of mine who actually had mouth cancer, she had an operation. They had to scrape under her tongue to remove the tumor). France was really surprised to hear this news. She didn't know about it. Then her face becomes serene again. As if her illness did not affect her.
