Dream 1: I chew gum. When I go to throw it away, a net of the gum is caught on my tongue. I pull, pull, pull, and the more I pull, the thinner the net becomes, but it never comes off. It is caught on my tongue. The more I pull, the more it hurts, and soon it's filaments of my tongue that I tear off. The thinner the net becomes, the more force I have to use to keep pulling. I pull and pull for several minutes, even hours... An endless cord until my whole tongue unravels.

I feel all the pain as I pull but I keep going. I cry as I shoot. It's very real. Then I tell myself that I must never chew gum again or that I must change the kind of gum. But I always come back with that gum in my mouth and that dream comes back and back again.

Dream 2: I will be working at a Bank (former job from which I am on disability).

I am tired, head in the mist. I have to call clients, but I don't, I'm too tired. I haven't achieved my results and I'm going to get fired the next day. I hide and pretend to work. I feel a great deal of discomfort. I meet a client who comes to talk to my boss. Both of them have huge, swollen lips. I have to go and meet another customer at his place. He is very old and very sick.

I become aware of a huge pain in my mouth, like swelling. I can't close my mouth properly, my teeth take up too much space in my mouth. My teeth are misaligned, crooked, twisted, embarking one on top of the other. It is extremely uncomfortable and painful. I touch my teeth, and they are all wobbly. I touch them one by one. All the teeth, except the front ones, are loose. They're not solid, like I could pull them all out. I have a lot of pain.

I call the dentist. No answer. I go out into the hallways to look for a dentist. I search and search. I knock on doors, but I can't find one. Or there are no appointments available. Often I get lost while searching. I get lost, I don't know where to go. And the pain is getting worse and worse.

In a few dreams, I find a dentist who operates on me and adjusts my teeth. I get out and can finally close my mouth. But a few moments later, the teeth come out of alignment again and the pain returns.

Dream 3 : I have a tongue piercing. The piercing hurts. It pulls on the back of my tongue. I have to take it out. I go to a mirror to unscrew it. It doesn't unscrew. I go with all my strength. It is extremely painful. The stem of the piercing ends up tearing my tongue and cutting it in two. I feel a huge relief when I manage to remove it (I really had this piercing when I was 21. I haven't had it for 15 years).

Dream 4: Filaments proliferate in my mouth, my tongue thickens. Every 5 minutes, my mouth becomes so full of filaments, that I have to go to the bathroom to remove them. They are caught on my tongue, I have to cut them in front of a mirror with a knife. I spit out the strands, then it happens again. If I wait too many minutes, my mouth gets too full and I can't talk anymore, and I choke. I do this all night. I cut and cut again. I keep the knife with me so I can do it more often and at my leisure.

At the same time, I am visiting a new apartment with 2 friends. The apartment is very big. It seems to be an old church, because there are sacred decorations everywhere. One room in particular is very strange and very big, it is my favorite room.

Throughout the visit, I have to hide every 2 minutes to go spit and cut these thick filaments in my mouth. I meet an old flame in love (from over 10 years ago). I feel positive and loving emotions. Our relationship is reborn. But these uncomfortable filaments take up all the space. I have to keep hiding, I have to leave so I don't choke, etc.

She eventually realizes this, and I confess to her that I have a very rare disease. I end up moving into the new apartment. I am alone, without friends. And still with a sore mouth, full of filaments. I wake up from my first night in the apartment, and my mouth finally feels empty. I write to the girl to mention that I may be cured.
