Water... An essential element for life. The human being, as a fetus, grows up in a liquid environment and is itself composed of water at nearly 70%, just like the surface of the Earth which is covered in this proportion.
Water is present everywhere in our daily lives: we use it for drinking, cooking, washing, cleaning, watering the garden, etc. It is also used for most of the human activities that surround us, from agriculture to energy production, etc.
Water is also the only element on earth that can take different forms. It is a fascinating element that is directly related to emotions.
We will see how we can find the symbolic correspondences of these different physical states of water at the emotional level in human beings.
We are going to study these mechanisms through examples of dreams or experiences, in order to better understand them, so that we can learn to better manage these emotions in us, because they directly influence our mood and can make us experience moments of joy, happiness as well as feeling anger, sadness or being in a deep depression, etc...
So why do emotions sometimes get the better of us, seeming to escape all attempts at control?
It is by learning to connect to our emotions in full awareness and understanding that we can bring out the full potential of positive energy.
