Dream #1: Mrs. Secretary

Dream: I speak with the actress Téa Leoni (Madame Secretary) in one of the rooms of the shooting and tell her that we like to watch the series... We are just the two of us and we discuss, we laugh, the atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, it is a beautiful moment.

Dream #2: Weight Loss

Share: For a few days, I hardly ate... It's special, it's as if I wasn't hungry, neither in the morning, nor during the day... This aspect of not being hungry has continued and it's been almost 2 weeks that I hardly eat anything, except for juices, some fruits, or a little bit of bread in the evening... Concretely, this has even made me lose several kilos...

I didn't try to diet or anything like that but I just see the fact of eating differently... As if food doesn't give me the same effect as before... Even energetically, what could nourish me before nourishes me less now, I am learning again to nourish myself with what is necessary and without it creating an imbalance in my needs... So here is the dream:

Dream: I put on my belt and I gained at least 5 notches, as if I had lost 5 sizes... I am surprised and at the same time happy to have a new waist... Thinner and all... There was no shift or too extreme appearance in the dream, it made me a good fit....

Dream #3: The unloved dog

Dream: We go as a family to see a therapist whom I do not know in concrete terms but who has a very good reputation for treating in depth in the sense that she finds the cause of the problem.

It is my daughter Laurette's turn (she is about the same age in the dream: soon 16) to have a consultation with her. She is sitting and I am sitting next to her. In front of us there is a table and the therapist is standing behind the table.

Laurette asks the therapist to help her find the cause of the problem she has in her love relationship with Paul (Laurette does not have a love relationship in real life). Why it doesn't work between them (and I believe in her subsequent relationships).

The therapist stands, inhales deeply while looking intensely at Laurette and brings out the memory/situation that caused the problem with Paul. I see Laurette do a "regression" (in the psychological sense that she is re-experiencing the situation) and becomes a dog in her behavior (her body does not change). She whines and goes to lie under the table as a dog would.

The therapist said that the cause was that in a previous life she was an unloved, neglected, mistreated dog and that she suffered a lot because of it. I knelt down beside her to pet her, to reassure her, as if to pet a dog. I was very upset by this "regression" that my daughter was experiencing, while at the same time being happy that this memory had come out to be healed.
