This exercise helps to develop the deep, sacred sense of advancement, of materialization while integrating the flexibility of second chances necessary for learning. The legs represent advancement, i.e. the ability to take action, to evolve and allow us at any moment to change direction, to create a new beginning. This exercise leads our being to become aware that after having stopped (voluntarily or involuntarily), we can prepare a new route and return to the road in the direction which is indicated to us.
