Maryvonne Denis

Since a very young age, Maryvonne had a natural curiosity for Life. It was always a joy for her to learn and live new experiences.

As a child, she explored many different subjects, including music, sports, dance and the arts. As an adolescent, she chose an International Program that opened her awareness to the world and different planetary issues. In college, she was very active and engaged in environmental awareness activities, joining many different committees.

With various interests, she followed a Science, Literature and Arts path in high school. This enabled her to deepen her understanding of natural and human sciences, as well as writing and the arts. Her journey continued in university where she studied psychology to explore the deep mechanisms of human consciousness.

Maryvonne enrolled in an art-therapy program, where she experimented the process of soul healing through self-expression and drawing, painting, and modeling. These experiences were a revelation for her; she was deeply touched by the efficiency of these methods… She realized how symbols that appear in art are in resonance with inner movements, and brings awareness to concrete past experiences, opening a door to our healing.

During her studies, Maryvonne worked with many different people: children in kindergarten, individuals with developmental disabilities, and elders. She was particularly touched by her experience of working with Big Brothers Big Sisters, an organization that helps single-parental families by pairing them with volunteers with whom they develop a relationship of trust that is beneficial for their blossoming.

Interested in discovering new cultures, Maryvonne engaged in humanitarian aid projects in Nicaragua and Guatemala. At the age of 20, she listened to the inner call she felt for a long time and travelled in India for several months. She took this as an opportunity to visit Nepal, Thailand and Laos. During this trip, beyond all her discoveries of Asian culture, she lived a great opening of consciousness, questioning herself deeply about her life, identity and existence… Spiritual essences rose from the depths of her consciousness…

She heard about the Universe/City Mikaël Teaching and Research Center for the first time after returning from Asia by her mother who just discovered it. At her first workshop with UCM, Maryvonne felt a new beginning for her soul; she entered an inner path that would open new doors of knowledge for herself and the Universe. This teaching about marrying Spirit and Matter, directly inspired her, waking up something very deep inside her…

Maryvonne now works in the UCM Center and is involved in the heart of many different projects such as scholar programs and the diffusion of the teachings of Dreams, Signs, Symbols and Emotional Intelligence. It is with joy and gratitude that Maryvonne can share this universal knowledge from UCM, profound knowledge that offers us a multi-dimensional vision of Life and the human soul…
